Property owners may use the common areas which includes the parks, lakes and HOA Building. for private events. For use of the parks, an application must be submitted for any event in excess of 10 individuals at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. For use of the HOA Building, an application must be submitted for all events.
The property owner is responsible for all activities and the conduct of his guests during a private event. The property is to be left clean and the property owner will be responsble for any and all damages caused during the event. The HOA reserves the right to approve or decline requests for usage based on the type of activity, availability and care of the property.
