RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USING THE LAKES AND PARKS

The parks and lakes in "177" are private property and are For the use of property owners and their guests only. The property owner must accompany all guests. Any others using the parks will be considered as trespassing. Anyone using the parks may be required to identify him or herself. All property owners should have their property owner ID cards and provide their guests with a guest pass. Any property owner who does not have ID cards may contact the treasurer to be issued cards.

Everyone is encouraged to help take care of the recreational areas. Any acts of vandalism or inappropriate behavior should be reported the the sheriff's department immediately

Use of the "177" facilities is at the individual's own risk -

RULES FOR THE LAKES, PARKS AND SWIMMING AREAS

All lot owners have equal rights to the use of the parks, lakes and swimming areas. If you plan a large gathering, please reserve the facility by contacting the HOA Board.

There are no lifeguards on duty; therefore, an adult should supervise children.

No alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any of the recreational areas.

Abusive language and offensive, unlawful or immoral behavior is not permitted.

The 20 foot easement around the lakes is to be used for fishing only.

Piers and boat landing facilities built adjacent to the lake front lots are private property of those lot owners.

Power for boats is limited to oars, sails, or small electric motors.

State game and fish laws shall be complied with

No water plants, fish, or wildlife shall be brought into the parks or swimming area.

Glass containers may not be brought into the parks, on the piers or in the swimming area.

No trash (including bottles, cans, paper, etc.) is to be thrown into the lake or swimming area.

Dogs in the parks must be on a leash and dogs are not allowed in the lakes.

Motorized vehicles are not allowed in the parks, on the lake easements, on the dams or on the chapel property.  Owners of vehicles causing any damage shall be liable for damages.



SWIMMING AREA RULES

Diving from the swimming dock is not advised!  The water is shallow!

Running on the pier is not permitted.

Dogs or other animals are not permitted on the pier or in the swimming area.

Bicycles are not allowed on the pier.

Fishing is not allowed in the swimming area.

Boats are not allowed in the swimming area.

Playing on or with the buoy lines in the swimming area is not permitted.

Maintaining the recreational areas is not an easy task. 
It takes manpower and money to maintain and improve them.
Please help keep these areas clean and safe.

LAKES AND PARKS COMMITTEE

Any resident interested, may serve on the Lakes and Parks Committee to assist in maintaining the properties by contacting the Board Director who serves as the committee chair.  Residents may also serve on the Long Range Planning for Lakes and Parks Committee and the Long Range Planning for HOA Buildings Committee.
