Deed Restrictions and Bylaws

The Deed Restrictions were amended and reinstated in April 2012 in order to be in compliance with Texas Property Code Reforms passed in 2011, effective January 1, 2012, and to incorporate the multiple Deed Restriction Amendments into the main body of the document. No changes were made to the amendments during the incorporation process unless required by the new statutes.
